Lumora is a digital subscription tool that generates AI portraits, editorial images and motion portraits from your briefs and reference selfies. It is software and digital content only. We do not provide in-person photography, printing, framing or shipping of physical goods.

You must be at least 13 to use Lumora; users aged 13–17 require verifiable guardian consent. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of your details, and for all activity under your login.

Paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled. Monthly generation quotas do not roll over. There are no credits, top-ups or stored balances. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: upload only your own face or a face you have written consent to use, and do not create deepfakes, impersonation, sexualised, or deceptive content, or content involving minors.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate your portraits, as described in the Content License. Rights in your generated portraits are set out there too.

Generated images are AI-synthesized and may differ from real appearance. They are not photographs and must not be used for passports, visas, driver licences or any document requiring a genuine photograph. See the AI Disclaimer.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHARLOTTE OLDMAN PHOTOGRAPHY LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. Contact support@chaoldpho.shop with any question.
