You may upload only your own face, or the face of an adult who has given you written consent to be used. You must be able to prove that consent on request. Never upload someone’s likeness without their permission.

You must not use Lumora to create deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading imagery suggesting someone did or said something they did not, or to defame, harass or deceive anyone.

You must not generate sexualised, nude, or explicit content, hateful or violent imagery, or anything designed to demean or endanger a person or group.

You must not upload photographs of anyone under 18 for any generation. The service is not for children under 13; 13–17 year-olds require verifiable guardian consent for their own use only.

You must not use output to create false identities, commit fraud, bypass identity checks, or produce official identity documents (see the AI Disclaimer).

Do not use Lumorato infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy, or to break any applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service.

Report misuse to support@chaoldpho.shop. We may remove content, suspend access or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
